AMPL works with your player. Keep listening to the music you already love.

1. Start your music

   Play a track in a compatible music app and choose your headphones or speakers.

2. Open AMPL and adjust

   Make gentle changes to the EQ, BASS, or TREBLE. Connect the VU meter and song display if you want those features.

3. Keep the music going

   Return to your player or another app. AMPL keeps applying its effects in the background while effect use is available.

Quick answers, so you can get back to listening.

Does AMPL play music itself?

No. Play music in your usual compatible music app, then open AMPL to adjust its sound. Compatibility depends on the device, player, and output.

Why do I see fewer than 10 EQ bands?

AMPL uses 10-band EQ where supported. Otherwise, it uses the equalizer available on your device, which may have a different number of bands.

I cannot hear the effect. What should I check?

Make sure music is playing, your EQ or tone settings are not flat, and you still have free time or an unlimited purchase. Try a small adjustment at a comfortable volume.

If needed, reopen your music app or try another player or output. Some devices and playback paths may not support the effect.

Why does the VU meter ask for microphone permission?

Android requires this permission for the meter to measure internal audio playback. AMPL does not use microphone input or record, save, or transmit audio.

Tap the VU connection hint to enable the meter. The other audio features work without this permission.

Why does AMPL ask for notification permissions?

Notification access is optional and lets AMPL show song information from compatible players. Android grants broad access, but AMPL reads only media sessions, not the contents of your other notifications.

The separate notification permission lets AMPL display its effect status. Declining the status notification does not disable the audio effects.

How do the free minutes and purchase work?

You get 30 free minutes each day. Time counts only while audio plays with AMPL effects active. The allowance resets on the next local day.

A one-time Google Play purchase unlocks unlimited effect use. There is no subscription. Pricing is shown in the app.

I already purchased. How do I restore it?

Use the same Google Play account that made the purchase. AMPL normally checks your purchase automatically.

For a manual check, tap the free-time or purchase area in the app, then tap Restore. Make sure Google Play is available and your device has an internet connection.

How do I stop the effects?

Remove AMPL from your Recent apps list. This stops its effect service and removes its status notification.

Going to the Home screen or switching to another app keeps the effects running. Tapping the status notification opens AMPL.

What if the sound becomes distorted?

Reduce EQ boosts, BASS, TREBLE, or loudness, and lower the listening volume. Combining strong boosts can overload the sound. Start with small changes and adjust gradually.

Still need a hand?

Contact the developer using the support email on AMPL’s Google Play listing. A few details help us understand the issue:

How do I start using the app?

Install the app, connect your account, and import or select audio, video, or subtitle content you want to practice with. The app will guide you through the available listening practice options.

What kind of content can I use?

You can use everyday listening materials such as recorded conversations, lectures, talks, songs, videos, travel audio, or subtitle files, as long as you have the right to use that content.

Is this app only for English?

No. ListeningDrill-AI is designed for foreign-language listening practice. Supported languages and features may vary depending on the media, subtitle availability, and AI processing support.

Credits

What are credits?

Credits are used for AI-powered processing in the app, such as subtitle generation, translation, or word analysis. The credit cost may vary depending on the feature and the amount of content processed.

Do I get free credits?

New users may receive free credits after connecting an account, depending on the current promotion. Promotional credits, amounts, and eligibility may change.

Do credits expire?

Credits may have an expiration period. Please check the purchase screen or credit details in the app before purchasing.

What happens if processing fails?

If a credit-based request fails due to a processing error, the app may automatically restore or refund the credits for that failed request when possible.

How do purchases work?

ListeningDrill-AI may offer one-time credit packs, starter offers, or subscription plans. Prices, credit amounts, sharing options, and availability may vary by country, platform, and promotion.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions provide a monthly credit allowance and may include sharing options depending on the selected plan. Subscription details are shown on the purchase screen before confirmation.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. To cancel, open your device’s subscription settings and cancel the active ListeningDrill-AI subscription there.

Do purchases remove ads?

Paid purchases may remove ads according to the plan terms shown in the app. If a shared subscription plan includes ad removal for team members, this will be shown in the plan details.

AI Processing

Are AI results always accurate?

No. AI-generated subtitles, translations, explanations, and word analysis can contain mistakes. Use them as study support, and verify important content when accuracy matters.

Why does processing take time?

Longer media files, noisy audio, large subtitle files, or high server demand can increase processing time. A stable internet connection is recommended.

Can I reuse previous analysis?

The app may save certain processed results in your local study data or app dictionary so that repeated study actions can be faster and more useful.

Privacy and Content

What content should I upload?

Only upload or process content that you own, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to use for personal study.

Do not upload sensitive content

Please avoid uploading private, confidential, medical, financial, legal, or highly sensitive recordings unless you fully understand the risks and have permission from everyone involved.

Where can I find the Privacy Policy?

Troubleshooting

Subtitle generation is inaccurate.

Try using clearer audio, reducing background noise, trimming long silent sections, or using shorter clips. AI subtitles may be less accurate with music, overlapping voices, poor recording quality, or strong background noise.

Translation or word analysis looks wrong.

AI analysis depends on context. If a line is ambiguous, try including more surrounding subtitles or checking the result against your own understanding.

I purchased credits but they did not appear.

First, make sure you are signed in with the same account used for purchase. Then restart the app and check your purchase history. If the issue continues, contact support with your order information.

The app is slow or stuck.

Check your internet connection, restart the app, and try again. If the issue continues, contact support with the media length, feature used, device model, and approximate time of the issue.

1. Use o Windows Explorer para copiar os arquivos de mp3,mp4,mov,mph,3gp e legenda para o dispositivo.
